DescriptionKforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a SharePoint/Content Migration Specialist to support a short-term project focused on migrating existing content from a legacy intranet platform to the Pulse intranet site. This individual will work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurately transferred, organized, formatted, and optimized within the new platform.Key Responsibilities:* Migrate existing content, documents, pages, and resources from the current intranet site to Pulse* Review and organize content structure to ensure consistency and ease of navigation* Update formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts as needed during migration* Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify content accuracy and functionality* Collaborate with Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration efforts* Document migration processes and track progress against project timelines* Identify and escalate content issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvementRequirements* Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration projects* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Experience managing large volumes of digital content* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and content management systemsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or intranet platforms* Marketing, communications, or digital content management backgroundJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $70
