We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help with several vacation rental homes in Corpus Christi. This is recurring work rather than a one-time cleaning job. Most cleanings are guest turnovers between checkout and the next check-in, so reliability and completing the property on time are extremely important. Responsibilities include: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Making beds and resetting the home for incoming guests Laundry and linen changes Restocking basic guest supplies Checking the home for damage or maintenance issues Following a detailed cleaning checklist Taking completion photos after each turnover Occasionally handling deeper cleaning tasks as needed We provide the cleaning supplies and have systems in place to make scheduling and checklists straightforward. Schedule: The schedule varies based on guest reservations. Most turnovers take place during the daytime, typically between guest checkout and afternoon check-in. Weekend availability is important because vacation rentals operate seven days a week. What we’re looking for: Professional cleaning experience preferred Vacation rental/Airbnb cleaning experience is a big plus Reliable transportation Smartphone for schedules, checklists, and photos Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable with laundry and bed-making Able to commit to scheduled turnovers We are looking for someone interested in an ongoing working relationship.
